Creating a new Microsoft Online Contact in Atria

OBJECTIVE

This aims to provide guidance on how to create Microsoft Online Contacts in Atria.

APPLIES TO

Atria Version 12.13+

Steps in Creating a new Microsoft Online Contact

  1. Go to Customer Main Menu in the left pane > Click Customers > Search for the Customer.



  2. Click the Customer > and Click the Services menu in the left pane as shown below. 




    3. Expand Microsoft Online > Contacts


      

    4. To Add New Contacts, click the + Add button 




    5. Enter the required details on the pop-up window and Save. 



    6. Once Save, it will redirect you to this window as shown below. 



     

Commonly Encountered Errors

This feature is only available if at least one user in the tenant has been assigned a Microsoft Plan which includes Exchange Online.  
Cause:  The Customer does not consume a Exchange Online License, I.e. Exchange Online Plan 1  
Solution: Check under the Microsoft Online Customer Service that a license has an applicable Exchange Online license.
