Atria Configuration - How to edit Billing Properties against a plan

Within Atria, we can tie different properties to track properties for your billing systems. Out of the box we provide
  1. Cost Price
  2. Sales Price
  3. Stock Code
In this KB we will be showing you how to change these properties, and the example is for Hosted Exchange.

1. Navigate to your Atria Portal, and sign in with an account with Service Provider Administrator, or access to the Service Deployment page.

2. Click "Configuration"

3. Click "Service Deployment"

4. Click "Active Directory Location Services"

5. Click on the service that you would like to set the SKU against. In this example, we are setting it against Hosted Exchange, but this could be for any service.

6. Click "User Plans"

7. Select the User Plan you would like to add a property against, once again, for this example we are adding the "Stockcode" also known as SKU.

8. Click "Prices" to see the additional properties.

9. Click "Stock Code"

10. Click "Stock Code"

11. Click this text field.

12. Click "Apply changes"

13. Click "Save"

Now, these properties will be set throughout the hierarchy for all customers and appear on our Billing Reports and PSA Integrations.
